Al-Radhi said that Etman Center has received more than 255,683 consultations since its establishment, and more than 15,000 beneficiaries have benefited from the center’s services during the year 2021 AD. The rate of achievement of the center’s goals for the same year was 101%, indicating that 68% of the services provided through the center are concentrated in the guidance phone services for easy access to beneficiaries from any region in the Kingdom. The reform rate was 62.78%, and the beneficiaries recorded 91% as their level of satisfaction with the service provided.
