On New Year’s Eve, Natasha Koroleva decided to talk regarding her past and present. In an interview, the artist told how she used to celebrate one of the main days of the year, and what is happening in her life now.

Little Natasha Poryvai (the real name of the singer – ed.) might hardly have guessed that she would become a star in the future. But already in kindergarten, according to the artist, she began touring, dressing up either as a Snow Maiden or a Snowflake. So, to some extent, Natasha began to prepare for a brilliant career while still quite a baby.
But, of course, a real breakthrough in the life of the performer occurred following she fell into the hands of Igor Nikolaev. The composer was already well known at that time, he was close friends with Alla Pugacheva and might probably make a star out of any girl. But it was the Queen who was lucky. She charmed Nikolaev so much that he even took her as his wife.
Then the life of the star changed dramatically. For example, she might forget regarding a calm New Year. Natasha still remembers how it all began. She told what significant metamorphoses she underwent, becoming Natasha Koroleva from Natasha Break Natasha Koroleva, and Igor Nikolaev’s song “Yellow Tulips”, according to the singer, conquered the entire USSR. Thus, the singer paid tribute to the now ex-husband. The artist also remembered that she had to perform in front of a very colorful and dangerous audience.
“In the 90s, New Year’s holidays were small private events, among the customers of which there were often people associated with crime. It turned out “gatherings in the New Year’s surroundings.” And I had a couple of such performances. It all looked like this: only “boys” were sitting at the laid table – there were no women, everyone was dressed in tracksuits, on top – thick gold chains, ”the Queen recalled.
But in the dashing 90s, many spoke to people associated with crime, Natasha was no exception in this regard. But with the onset of 2000, rich nouveaux riches took the helm, who also did not mind ordering a star for a corporate party. With this time, the Queen has a vivid memory. On the night from 1999 to 2000, she had to perform at several venues at once. Moreover, two of them were next to each other, but because of the crowd, the Queen’s limousine barely moved along the road.
“Horses and people mixed up in a bunch,” or rather, cars and people. For the first time in my life, I was afraid of the crowd – unruly and chaotic. And then firecrackers started flying around! I thought: “God, what if a firecracker hits someone?” — shared the excitement of the artist.
Despite the fact that in the past she had to go through difficult times more than once, the Queen speaks of them with great regret. Assessing the current realities, Natasha notes the abundance of fakes and sham in people’s lives. Whereas in the past, the Queen believes, everyone was more honest with each other and with themselves.
However, the artist does not have to lose heart. After suffering upheavals in marriage with Sergei Glushko she managed to establish a personal life. Now the star is quite happy. Natasha constantly performs somewhere, and spends her free time in the village of Krekshino, in a house that she herself built at the age of 19 in nine months. It happened back in 1995, but the Queen finally moved to a country house only recently. And all because of Glushko’s categorical unwillingness to give in to his wife.
“Seryozha felt like a 100% urbanist, he needed a city. Time puts everything in its place. And now it’s impossible to get my husband out of Krekshino to Moscow: everything is high for him here. Moreover, now Seryozha is painting, painting, and nature is an inspiring nourishment for him, ”Natasha noted.
