For the first time, a woman heads the Lions Club Linz Danubius

Founded in 1972, the service club was a purely male domain for decades. Until two years ago. That’s when things changed. The club, which has been mixed since then, now has eight women in its ranks and, since Saturday, the first woman at the helm. Anita Moser took over from Johannes Pracher and is president of the Lions Club Linz Danubius for a year.

She is supported in her work by the board with vice presidents Cathrin Dorner and Edwin Scharf, club master Karlheinz Wintersberger and secretary Werner Aumayr.
