Released on April 22, Pusha T’s latest album, It’s Almost Dry, is already breaking all records. It’s the first time in his career that the rapper has seen a project top the Billboard 200 chart so quickly and overwhelmingly. However, It’s Almost Dry isn’t the former Clipse’s first project to make it into the top 10.
After Daytona in 2018, which occupied the third position, and My Name Is My Name in 2013 the fourth, this last album marks a turning point for the American star by imposing itself as a true masterpiece, produced by Kanye West and Pharrell Williams and with the appearances of Kid Cudi, Jay-Z, Lil Uzi Vert , Don Toliver, Malice and Labrinth. Pusha T slaps there without doubt one of the best performances of his career.
With the launch of a range of sweaters and T-shirts, as well as physical copies of the CD and signed versions, Pusha T has not said its last word. Last week, the rapper announced that he was “very confident” as for the return of Clipse, a legendary US rap duo with his brother Malice, during an interview with SiriusXM. If King Push has already reached perfection, nothing prevents him from continuing to be at the top.
