In one of the cases, those involved would have tried to escape.
In a couple of procedures carried out by the Bolívar State Police (PEB) they arrested three subjects. One of them for allegedly robbing a passerby and the others for stealing merchandise from a store.
The arrests were made in the municipality of Piar and Caroní.
It transpired that in the April 11 sector, in San Félix, they found JG Pérez, 39 years old. They would have accused him of depriving a female of a cell phone.
It turns out that Pérez presented three police records, two for generic theft dating from 2014 and 2015, and the third for illicit possession dated July 2014.
On the other hand, in the central part of the town of Upata, they apprehended the other pair. They are NG Presilla, 22 years old; and EG Azacón, 28.
They would have been arrested minutes following they stole several pairs of shoes from a store, and tried to escape from the commission.
In the procedure, ten pairs of shoes were recovered from a bag, a cell phone and two adjustable wrenches of different sizes.
