1. Sweetening hibiscus with sugar, which reduces its nutritional value and earns additional calories, in addition to high blood glucose and inflammation in the body when eaten.

How to prepare hibiscus:

1. Soak dried hibiscus flowers in hot water for 1 to 3 hours.

2. Drain the water well.

3. Replacing white sugar with honey as a sweetener.
