As of today, for me, Tomasz Szatkowski, in light of the documents and everything that has happened in recent years, is simply slandered – assessed President Andrzej Duda. In his opinion, Szatkowski had “all the necessary permissions to perform the function of our representative” in NATO.
Prime Minister Donald Tusk said in the Sejm on Friday that according to SKW findings, Tomasz Szatkowski was accused of improper handling of classified documents, contacts with foreign secret services and obtaining unauthorized financial benefits. The head of government also said that at the beginning of May, the services gave him and President Andrzej Duda a note with precise information that summarized the doubts, fundamental reservations, regarding Szatkowski.
