For almost a year, doctors have attributed cancer symptoms in a young mother to fatigue after childbirth.

“It’s postpartum depression”

Doctors drove the woman from office to office for several months and did not want to hear her complaints and requests to check her health more carefully.

32-year-old Briton Louise MacLeod gave birth to her second child, daughter Nell, and a few months later she felt unwell. The woman quickly got tired, by the evening she literally collapsed exhausted, but the doctors answered all her complaints: “What do you want, you are the mother of two small children, you are just tired!”

“The general practitioner advised me to rest more,” she told the publication. The Sun Louise Macleod. “But how is that possible with two small children?

The woman did not leave attempts to deal with health problems. In addition, she discovered that the lymph nodes in her neck were inflamed, she began to lose weight. But the doctors didn’t want to hear regarding more serious symptoms either.

“I was diagnosed with laryngitis, then they talked regarding side effects that might occur following childbirth, one doctor suggested that it was postpartum depression, but I understood that everything was much more serious,” the woman says.
