He was one of the hottest defenders in the Premier League. Now, Marc Cucurella has found a new home for this season. Eager to strengthen themselves in the defensive sector, especially after the departure of Christensen from FC Barcelona and Antonio Rüdiger from Real Madrid, Chelsea decided to pay the sum of 65 million euros (+10 million bonus) to offer the services of the 24-year-old Spain international.

Left back from Brighton last season, Marc Cucurella convinced the leaders of the Blues with his ability to evolve in all positions on his left wing. Last season, Cucurella made 38 appearances in all competitions for one goal. Individually, only two players managed more tackles than him during the last exercise: 93.
