Football: Malmö faced Sirius in a matchless match – 19-year-old with a dream goal

It was a match with many faces.

Sirius took the lead and made it 2–0 after a mistake from substitute goalkeeper Ricardo Friedrich.

Good starting position for the second half.

Then Malmö FF equalized to 2–2, after a neat game goal, where Sebastian Nanasi heeled the ball forward to Hugo Bolin.

With about ten minutes left, it looked as if substitute Joakim Persson decided. He took his own post return and made it 3–2 lying down.

Four goals in 27 minutes (!) by Malmö

But MFF would not give up.

Isaac Kiese Thelin equalized and in the 87th minute the ball ended up in front of 19-year-old centre-back Nils Zätterström. He pushed the ball up in the cross and became the hero of the match for MFF, in his second Allsvenskan start.

– I didn’t have time to think of anything. Sebbe (Nanasi) told me to come up, so the ball bounced to me. There was a bit of pressure, we wanted the win. But the way we handled it, we continued to play our game and we mowed them down completely, says Zätterström in Max.

There were four goals in 27 minutes when Malmö FF won 4–3.

Sirius coach Christer Mattiasson was dejected after the match.

– I don’t want to be here right now. We defend so poorly in the penalty area that we have ourselves to blame, says Mattiasson in Max.
