Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo hit a team-mate’s head on Tuesday once morest Celta Vigo (3-1). He suffered a concussion and was transferred to hospital.
Ronald Araujo was evacuated from Camp Nou by ambulance following a head-to-head clash with his FC Barcelona teammate Gavi shortly following the hour mark in the match once morest Celta Vigo counting for the 36th day of La Liga on Tuesday evening.

“Ronald Araujo suffers from a concussion and has been transferred to a hospital center to carry out in-depth examinations,” Barça said in a statement.
Araujo, 23, extended his contract at FC Barcelona at the end of April until 2026, with an astronomical release clause set at one billion euros.
