Food waste: in Piscop, a new store sells meat at bargain prices

Regulars of the small shopping center in Piscop (Val-d’Oise) are discovering the new brand which wants to tackle waste. Some stick a head inside, others cross the threshold and browse the shelves of the minimally decorated store that opened its doors on Wednesday. Prix’Miam displays on its facade its “anti-gaspi” positioning which smacks of the 1970s and the first oil shock, and is coming back into favor today at a time of inflation and loss of purchasing power.
