During these two days, nine conferences on themes such as ecological packaging or the link between food and health will take place. 12 workshops will be organized during lunch breaks on themes related to collective or collaborative programs involving many actors. On Wednesday 16, at 10:30 a.m., the conference “Eat or eat better? organized by “Sud Ouest”. It will be moderated by Stéphane Vacchiani, director of event development within our group (1). The three-star chef from La Rochelle Christopher Coutanceau will be present as well as Philippe Legrand, nutrition researcher, author of the book “Coup de pied dans le plat”.
Innovative products
The Nouvelle-Aquitaine region and its partners want to promote the innovations developed by the region’s agri-food companies under the name: SO Innovation. Businesses of all sizes are invited to submit up to five innovative products. In particular, they must meet criteria of nutritional quality, flavors and eco-responsibility. The products that have been selected will be exhibited at the JAS within the Innovation space for regional products.
Created in 1995, the JAS are now a recognized event in the food sector. During the last face-to-face edition in 2018, the JAS brought together 1,100 participants and 500 companies. This year, professionals will be able to interact with European business networks through videoconference meetings in order to present their solutions to a wider audience.
