Fonavi: Congress publishes Law that guarantees the return of contributions to Fonavi | NMR | ECONOMY

The Congress of the Republic published today, Friday, April 15, the Law that guarantees the implementation of the refund of money from the National Housing Fund (Fonavi) to taxpaying workers, prioritizing the vulnerable population, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Through Law No. 31454published in El Peruano, stipulates that this rule has the objective of ensuring the immediate implementation and execution of Law 31173, which guarantees compliance with the Fonavi Money Refund Law.
