Following Iran’s bombing of Israel, Jordan announces that 3 people were slightly injured

Jordan – Jordanian government spokesman Muhammad Al-Momani announced, at dawn on Wednesday, that 3 citizens were injured with “minor” injuries as a result of parts of missiles falling in various areas of the Kingdom, following the Iranian bombing of Israel.

According to what was reported by the official Jordanian News Agency (Petra), Al-Momani said, “Parts of the missiles fell in different areas in the Kingdom, resulting in 3 people being slightly injured.”

He added, “There is material damage as a result of the incident, and damage assessments are still underway.”

Momani stressed that “Jordan’s position is clear and permanent that it will not be an arena for conflict for any party.”

On Tuesday, Iran announced that it had fired dozens of missiles at Israel (180 according to Tel Aviv’s estimate), causing human casualties, material damage, and the closure of airspace, while millions of Israelis rushed to shelters while sirens sounded throughout the country.

In the same context, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said, in his speech during the cabinet meeting, that “Iran committed a big mistake tonight (with its attack on Israel), and it will pay the price for it.”

Sirens sounded in dozens of cities and towns in southern and central Israel, according to the newspaper “Haaretz” and the Hebrew Channel 7, while army spokesman Daniel Hagari called in a televised statement not to circulate videos of Iranian missiles falling.

According to observers, Israel is concealing the human and material losses resulting from its war on the Gaza Strip and Lebanon. It prevents photography and the circulation of photos and video clips, and warns against providing any information to the media in this regard, except through media outlets subject to its strict control.
