However, it acknowledges that improvements are needed. The offer has been increased on weekends and the national company is mobilizing against delays, higher than other regional TER lines.

Users of the Geneva-Lyon line are not happy with the services of SNCF, the French railway company. Their reasons for dissatisfaction are the subject of a petition that has received more than 1800 signatures. They can be summed up in four points: not enough rotations between the two cities, trains that are too short at peak times and at weekends, frequent delays, air conditioning broken down this summer.
