The Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg ordered Bayer forward Serdar Azmun to pay child support to the mother of his daughter, whom he did not recognize.
In early October last year, information appeared on the network that a resident of Kazan filed a lawsuit demanding to recognize the attacker Serdar Azmun the father of his child. There was no noise, because at that moment there was already a lot of him around the Iranian – his contract with Zenit was ending, and candidates for his signing appeared day following day. Therefore, the news regarding potential paternity, although it was bright, but only complemented the general background.
And now, exactly eight months later, this saga has come to an end. Azmun now has to pay a huge amount of alimony to his ex-girlfriend Aliya, with whom he was while playing for Rubin Kazan. So decided the Primorsky District Court of St. Petersburg.
Serdar won many titles in Russia, but the Iranian lost miserably in family matters.
Azmun did not recognize his daughter and avoided examination in every possible way
The football player met a girl in 2018, they were together in Kazan and St. Petersburg. Their love broke out, and as a result, a girl was born in May 2021. However, Serdar denied paternity in every possible way and did not want to pay alimony, although Aliya planned to come to an agreement. An attempt to organize a DNA test also failed. As a result, a resident of Kazan failed to reach out to the star player and she went to court with a request to recover alimony in the amount of 25% of Azmun’s salary. Although every month Serdar sent Aliya 12,000 rubles through his acquaintances. That is, he denied paternity, but, apparently, not completely.
– It’s all gossip. Will Serdar be at the first meeting? Every person in the world must answer on the basis of laws and regulations. But I repeat, this is gossip,” Azmun’s agent Mehdi Hagitali told Metaratings.ru at the time.
The lawyer of the other side, in turn, repeatedly noted that the girl had a correspondence with the football player, in which he called his daughter his. In general, “Santa Barbara” is resting. Azmun had a move to Europe on his nose, and he obviously did not think regarding his daughter, because the question of continuing his career was at stake. Lyon, Atalanta, Juventus and many, many great teams were following Serdar. What is the alimony…
The mother of the child nevertheless proved the paternity of Azmun
According to Aliya, she needed guarantees that the football player would help her daughter financially even following leaving Russia. Apparently, the Iranian was playing for time before moving to Germany and sometimes evaded her monetary requests. As a result, he managed to leave Russia without visiting the court. He didn’t even show up for the mandatory paternity test, explaining that he had a busy schedule. There was information that the process would drag on until autumn, but Aliya still managed to win the case a little earlier.
– For our part, we hope that the father will fulfill his obligations to pay alimony. According to the Family Code of Russia, the payment should be 25 percent of the defendant’s total income. The daughter is growing up, she is already one year old, and the amount that is now being paid to Aliya does not cover all the necessary expenses for the child, ”Petersburg Diary” quoted Aliya’s lawyer Andrei Dmitriev as saying.
The media reported that Bayer offered Azmoun a salary of 2.8 million euros per year. We carry out simple calculations and conclude that Serdar will now send his daughter not 12 thousand rubles, but regarding 3.5 million rubles a month. Nothing like a gain! Azmun will definitely not get poorer, and the girl will get everything she needs.
