The owner of the house in the Residencial Vélez Sarsfield neighborhood, in front of which the episode that ended with a criminal killed by the shooting of a retired neighbor took place, told details of the episode and revealed that she fled in terror when one of the assailants showed her her weapon and told him: “Fly because I’ll kill you.”
The woman, who asked not to be identified for fear of reprisals, specified that everything happened this Thursday “in broad daylight” while she and a friend were lowering plants from a Jeep brand truck.
“Two armed men appeared and asked my friend to give them the key to the truck. They got in, but they mightn’t start because she had the handbrake on. You might hear screams from the roofs on the asphalt,” the victim of the assault told Miter Córdoba.
“I fired (sic) because the man who had the weapon told me: ‘Go because I’ll kill you,'” he indicated and assured that the assailants “had weapons.”
