From 9:00 the sending of pre-compiled applications

From 9:00 through the services portal of the Department for Civil Liberties and Immigration of the Ministry of the Interior it will be possible to send pre-compiled applications that are in the “to be sent” status. As early as 8.35 am it was possible to access the Reserved Area of ​​the ALI Services Portal with the SPID or with CIE.

Pre-filling reopens starting from 10.30 am for questions of the specific click day type. If you wish to resubmit a seasonal work application from the previous Flows Decree (DF2023) or copy a seasonal work application from the 2024 Flows Decree, it is possible to recall the main data using the “cloning” function.

What happens next

After the click day, the quota applications will be transferred, in chronological order of presentation, to the One Stop Shop for immigration responsible for the investigation, within three/four days. Subsequently, explains the ministry, the requests that are outside the quota will be transmitted.

Third click day for seasonal workers

The three dates were set by the circular of 29 February issued jointly by the ministries interested in the measure (Interior, Labour, Agriculture and Tourism). What makes the difference is the type of manpower required: 18 March 2024 (non-seasonal subordinate workers who are citizens of countries that have cooperation agreements with Italy); 21 March 2024 (entries relating to other non-seasonal subordinate workers).
