NASSAU, Bahamas — Florida women’s basketball will play Columbia in their second game of the 2023 Baha Mar Pink Flamingo Championship. Tip-off is set for Wednesday followingnoon at 1:30 p.m. and the game will be available to stream on FloHoops.
Wednesday’s game will be the first meeting between the two programs and will initiate the all-time series. Florida is 4-1 this season with wins versus Purdue (52-49), North Florida (82-65), Bethune-Cookman (83-69), and Florida A&M (92-54). The Gators only loss was to Florida State (79-75) on Friday evening.

FLORIDA’S LAST GAME:

Florida maintained the lead for majority of the contest and had two players in double figures. Aliyah Matharu led in scoring with 15 points, followed by Leilani Correa with 10.
ABOUT COLUMBIA:
Columbia brings a 2-3 record into the Baha Mar tournament. The Lions are coming off a 73-56 loss to Georgia.
Columbia has two players averaging in double digits – Abbey Hsu (19.0 ppg) and Kitty Henderson (14.0 ppg). Leading in rebounds for the Lions is also Hsu with a total of 37, averaging 7.4 a game.
