Someone had to use that title one day. “Florida Man” which is a meme referring to the bizarre events that often occur in Florida, and which cause the state to be talked regarding in this way (for example) on national television: “ Florida Man Arrested For Calling 911 After Strip Club Denied His Cat Entry »… and we pass you the worst. It also works with #FloridaWoman, of course.
The meme is so popular that it had to happen. We watched the beginning of the series and she is really very nice. It’s dark, funny, absurd. However, we won’t give it five stars – it’s clearly not the series of the year – but we had a good time in front of these situation comics which will remind us all the more of Florida that… the series is there (partially ) tour. Indeed, many scenes were filmed in Miami, but the scenes in the shops and restaurants, featuring “Coronado Beach” were captured in Wilmington, North Carolina. Even if, to answer the question that many are asking, Coronado Beach does exist “in real life” in Florida: it is part of New Smyrna Beach (near Daytona).
