The Minister of Transport, Ramón Velásquez Araguayan, reported the reactivation of flights in the states of Nueva Esparta and Sucre.
“Following verification of weather conditions by authorities, in reference to the passage of Hurricane Beryl through the Caribbean Sea, we announce the reactivation of flights in the states of Nueva Esparta and Sucre.”
The Ministry has also reactivated the departure of large-draft vessels in these entities, while flights to Los Roques remain restricted as a preventive measure.
In a statement, the National Institute of Civil Aeronautics, INAC, confirmed the lifting of the suspension of flights in Carúpano, Cumaná and Porlamar.

It should be noted that the national government maintains certain restrictions on flights and the departure of vessels, as well as monitoring different areas due to the passage of Beryl.
On Tuesday followingnoon, the Executive Vice President reported that, together with other ministers, they are traveling to the state of Sucre to address the emergency caused by the rains.
