Flavors from elsewhere at Vert Sauvage

Serial successful restaurateur already at the head of two restaurants in Paris (La Mangerie and The Lipstick) and another in Beaune, Serge Ahovey is setting the stage once more with this new leafy bistro just next to the Grands Boulevards and adjoining his Rouge à Lèvres. A new success to hang on the hunting board of this endearing restaurateur, if we can already judge by the pleasant jungle-style setting, with a dining room adorned with a superb plant decoration evocative of the luxuriant nature of Bali, large wicker chairs, and straw chandeliers. Everything you need to create a truly warm and wild atmosphere, which invites you to escape for a meal… or even just for a cocktail with friends, by drawing greedily from the attractive menu of tapas to share , perfectly interpreted by Filipe, a gifted young cook, who happily juggles spices and flavors from elsewhere. Do not hesitate for a moment in front of his pretty ravioli of prawns, chard with sesame and corn cream (€15), his very pleasant bao with caramelized chicken, peanuts and coriander (€12.50) his impeccable beef tataki served with cream of carrots and pak choï (€16) or its very gourmet tiramisu with red fruits (€12). To accompany these dishes, the menu displays a very wide choice of cocktails as well as good bottles with even natural or organic wines. Reservation recommended (especially if you want one of the tables on the terrace).
