The new Corsair K100 AIR is aimed at both demanding games and professional customers. The keyboard promises a premium experience with versatile connectivity for multiple devices and numerous features.

The extraordinary design of the K100 AIR already shows the flat housing with a height of only 11 millimeters. The simple and minimalist aesthetics should also make the keyboard a highlight in the office. To ensure that even demanding gamers get their money’s worth, Corsair has installed the responsive Cherry MX ultra-low-profile switches with tactile keystrokes, which as mechanical switches do not have a standard height.

Corsair’s own Slipstream wireless technology with low latency ensures a fast connection. Alternatively, the keyboard can also be operated in USB cable mode with a maximum polling rate of up to 8,000 Hz. The battery life of the K100 AIR is specified as 50 hours with the RGB backlight switched on, without the lighting the battery life can be further increased to up to 200 hours.

Thanks to the simple switch, the keyboard can be connected to several devices such as laptops, PCs and tablets at the same time, while Corsair uses AES 128-bit encryption for secure input. Using macros, complex commands and actions can also be triggered directly from the keyboard via additional keys. The keyboard has eight megabytes of internal memory available, which can store up to 50 profiles with predefined macros and lighting effects.

The new Corsair K100 AIR will be available from October 4, 2022, a price for the keyboard has not yet been announced.
