Like trains or trams, trucks can be equipped with pantographs that allow them to drive without emissions thanks to the energy provided by the catenary, while recharging their batteries.

Every euro invested today in this solution to climate change can yield 8.3 euros over 20 years, according to a study by the Antwerp university.
“We hope that Flanders will not miss the boat. We can already look for the routes that best lend themselves to projects of this type, for example in our port regions“, comments Pol Caby, CEO of Siemens Mobility.
