The contents are as follows: According to the Central Committee on Prices of Goods and Services has issued the announcement of the Central Committee 2021 Re: Determination of Controlled Goods and Services, dated 28 June 2021, designated swine and pork as controlled goods.

By virtue of Section 9(2) (3), Section 25 (3) (4) (5) and Section 26 paragraph one of the Price of Goods and Services Act B.E. 2542 (1999), the Central Committee Regarding the price of goods and services, the announcement is issued as follows:
Article 1 This announcement shall come into force in all areas throughout the Kingdom for a period of one year from the day following the announcement date onwards unless a new announcement is issued

Article 6 The notification under Clause 2, Clause 3 and Clause 5 shall be notified to the competent official in the form prescribed by the Secretary-General at the following government offices:
(1) a person domiciled in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, shall notify at the Office of the Central Committee. on the price of goods and services Department of Internal Trade Ministry of Commerce
(2) a person domiciled in a province other than (1) shall notify at the provincial commerce office. of that locality Notification under paragraph one It may be notified by registered acknowledgment mail, by fax, by electronic mail (e-mail), or by electronic data. The date stamped at the post office of origin shall be regarded as the notification date. In the case of notification by facsimile, the date of receipt of the facsimile shall be regarded as the show date. Intent to inform In the case of notification by electronic mail (e-mail), the date of receipt of the letter shall prevail. Electronic (e-mail) is the date of intent to notify. and in the case of electronic notification shall be considered the date that electronic data has entered the information system of the Office of the Central Committee on Prices of Goods and Services, Department of Internal Trade The notification by facsimile or electronic mail (e-mail) under paragraph two will be valid only when the party feeder, distributor, exporter out of the Kingdom, the possessor has forwarded the original to the Secretary-General. In the case of notification under (1) or the original has been submitted to the provincial commerce of that locality In the case of notification under (2), the feeder, seller, exporter out of the Kingdom, possessor under Clause 2 and Clause 3 who wish to notify via electronic information shall sign a memorandum of agreement on information notification. electronic devices in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by the Secretary-General
