The 3rd edition of the Agro-Innovation Prize initiated by the Agroresources and Research Center of Martinique (Parm) was rich from all points of view. The 4 categories, Health Nutrition, Regional, Uses and Practicality, Pleasures and Flavors, and the Special Consumer Prize, made it possible to target know-how which highlights a new range of processing of our local products. The winners were revealed last night at Habitation Belfort in Lamentin.
