Service users paid a monthly fee equivalent to BRL 63and had access to more than 300 channels that might be watched on mobile devices or Smart TVs. In addition, pirate service operators offered support and customer service 24 hours a day.

Among those investigated are Mark Gould, 36 years old, leader of the operation and sentenced to 11 years in prison, while the other members of the criminal group received sentences of 3 to 5 years. During the operation, authorities discovered that one of those involved, Christopher Felvus, also 36, had images potentially related to child abuse on his computer.

According to the authorities, they were found 20 to 30 decoders used in the operation of Flawless TV. In addition, the investigation obtained a list of several people who paid for the illegal service. It is still unclear whether these people using the pirated service will face any kind of penalty, not least because some may not have known that Flawless TV was an illegal IPTV platform.
