Similarly, two people including one died in the incident of roof collapse in Faisalabad district of Punjab, while a person drowned in flood water in Narowal district.
According to NDMA, there was also one death due to lightning strike in Sindh’s Jamshoro district.
Similarly, 10 people, including two women and six children, were injured due to the collapse of roofs and walls in different districts of Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab due to heavy rains.
According to unconfirmed reports, there have been reports of three deaths due to rain in Rahim Yar Khan district of Punjab.
According to NDMA, at least 20 residential buildings were completely or partially damaged due to rains and flooding situation across the country.

Rains also damaged standing crops in the plains of Sindh, Balochistan and Punjab, while in several areas floodwaters entered residential areas and damaged houses.

Flood situation in rivers
According to the Federal Flood Commission (FFC), the Indus River is currently at medium flood level between Guddu and Sukkur, while Tarbela is at low flood level between Taunsa and Kabul River at Nowshera.
According to the FFC daily report, all other major rivers of the Indus river system namely Jhelum, Chenab, Ravi and Sutlej are flowing normally.
According to Flood Forecasting Division (FFD) Lahore, the cyclonic circulation over northwest Rajasthan (India) has intensified into a low pressure system centered over Bahawalpur Division and Sindh areas.

According to FFC, the combined water storage capacity of Tarbela, Chashma and Mangla reservoirs of the country is 10.814 MAF which is 80.98% of their total 13.354 MAF capacity.
On the other hand, the Indus River System Authority (IRSA) on Saturday released 439,500 cusecs of water from various dams where the water inflow is 457,600 cusecs.
According to the data released by Ursa, the water level in Tarbela Dam was 1549.00 feet and Mangla Dam was 1212.80 feet.
The release of water from Kalabagh, Taunsa, Guddu and Sukkur barrages was recorded as 321,600, 318,100, 385,600 and 362,900 cusecs respectively. Similarly, a total of 65,400 cusecs of water was released from Kabul River at Nowshera and 60,600 cusecs from Chenab River at Marala.
