Abu Dhabi: The UAE has welcomed 2022 with amazing celebrations. Extensive New Year’s Eve events were held in all the emirates. Three new Guinness World Records have been set in Abu Dhabi as part of the New Year celebrations.
The Sheikh Zayed Festival in Al Watba amazed the audience with its 40 minute long fireworks display. The Guinness Book of World Records holds three Guinness World Records. These shots broke records in size, length and shape. It was also the first show of its kind to feature 2,022 drones.
The celebrations were held in compliance with strict Kovid safety standards. Kovid PCR negative result was mandatory for admission to the festival.
