Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, the latest action game from studio FromSoftware, Inc. and Bandai Namco Europe SAS will be released worldwide on August 25th. Taking advantage of 25 years of experience in the development of the ARMORED CORE franchise or that acquired thanks to the game ELDEN RING or via the DARK SOULS franchise, ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON is full of action around explosive Mecha battles , deep customizations and thrilling boss fights. The game is coming to PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, and is available for pre-order now at participating retailers and the Bandai Namco Store.

A mysterious new substance called “Coral” has been discovered on the distant planet Rubicon 3. As a source of energy, it might have enabled tremendous advances in technology or communication. Instead, it caused a catastrophe that engulfed the planet and surrounding stars in flames and storms, forming a scorching star system. Nearly half a century later, the Coral has resurfaced on Rubicon 3, a planet now contaminated and off-limits. Now extraterrestrial corporations and resistance groups are fighting for control of the substance. The player infiltrates Rubicon as a freelance mercenary and finds himself in a struggle for substance with the corporations and other factions.
Featuring easily maneuverable Mechs with extensive customization, ARMORED CORE VI FIRES OF RUBICON will immerse players in intense battles where they can fully utilize offensive and defensive maneuvers on the ground and in the air to defeat enemies. To be the most successful and profitable mercenary in Rubicon 3, players will need to master rapidly changing combat distances, use the environment for protection, and omnidirectional battles to defeat enemies and overcome difficult situations.
