Fire in Barnabas: New response from the Fire Department for the aerial vehicles that were operating

The Fire Department, after yesterday’s announcement about the operational activity of aerial vehicles during the days of the fire in Varnava Attica, issued a new announcement this afternoon (8/14/24).

As pointed out in the announcement of the Fire Department, on Monday, a total of 36 aerial vehicles attempted the large fire, and in particular, 20 aerial vehicles attempted the time period from 19:30 to 21:00.

At the same time, it is emphasized that these data are officially recorded in the Engage system and cannot be disputed. “Persistence in disputing these elements undermines the credibility of our operational commitment to our mission,” the Fire Department said.
