Blizzard has provided details on the unlocking of the different chapters of the Guardians of the Dream campaign in patch 10.2 of Dragonflight. From November 8, you will be able to enjoy some of the content. However, you will have to wait one or two more weeks to find out the rest of the story.
Clearly, the first chapters of the campaign will be accessible as soon as the patch is deployed:
Enter the Dream: You arrive in the area and the first problems arise as you try to rescue the inhabitants. Druid of Flame: Fyrakka’s forces are advancing and Tyrande invites you to save a burning Shelter then pursue a certain Noara in a Druids of Flame encampment.Fire and Ice: You will help Vyranoth discover Fyrakka’s plans. She will also discover what happened to former close allies…
The Eye of Ysera chapter is not mentioned in the patch notes. It is likely that Blizzard will activate it later and did not see fit to specify it. The final chapter isn’t here either, but it’s likely that everything will happen at once. Indeed, this undoubtedly requires defeating Fyrakka in Amidrassil, which will only be possible from November 15.
At the same time, there are important quests that are not linked to the main campaign. These will be accessible on November 15 and 22:
New allies: The quests dedicated to the Netherwing and Thorignir broods will be activated on November 15. This is where you collect the white scales for your dragons. The rest of Tyr’s quests will be available from November 22.

Join Vyranoth as she seeks to understand why Fyrakka wants to control Amidrassil, and discovers what happened to the Primalists she was once close to.
REFORGER BULL LOT 4
Starting the week of November 21, travel to Nightborne Palace with the Tyr Guard in hopes of recovering the Disc of Tyr and restoring it. Rewards for your dragons: White scales.
MISFIT DRAGONS
Join Wrathion and Vyranoth as they conduct dragon diplomacy and seek help from Netherwing and the dragons of Thorignir. The Dragon Quest begins the week of November 14.
