Al-Marsad Newspaper: The rental index on the “sakani” platform recorded a decrease in the average rental values of residential apartments by between 1% and 52% in 32 neighborhoods in the city of Riyadh.
The rent index indicated that 43 neighborhoods of Riyadh recorded 200 residential rental deals or more, including more than 18,000 rental deals on apartments in July compared to June.
The rest of the 11 neighborhoods recorded stability in the average rental values of residential apartments, with an increase of up to 15%, including more than 4,800 deals during July.
The three districts that recorded the highest number of apartment deals were Dhahrat Laban district, which recorded an increase in average rental values by 4%, while the second highest number of apartment deals was Tuwaiq district, which recorded a 12% decrease in average rental values, and Al Aziziyah district recorded a decrease by 4%. 14% and came third in the number of residential apartment deals.
