Cairo – Samia Sayed – The Arab stock exchanges announced the dates of the blessed Eid Al-Adha holiday, and set trading Saudi Arabia Holiday dates are from Wednesday 6 July until Tuesday 12 July, and trading will resume on Wednesday 13 July.

The UAE financial markets set the official holiday in the market, starting from Friday, July 08, and continuing until Monday, July 11, with official working hours to resume on Tuesday, July 12.

The Kuwait Stock Exchange has set the Eid Al-Adha holiday from Sunday, July 10 to Wednesday, July 13, and official working hours will resume as usual starting Thursday, July 14.

The Bahrain and Qatar Stock Exchanges announced that the Eid holiday will be from Sunday, July 10, until Tuesday, July 12, and official working hours will resume on Wednesday, July 13.

The indices of the Kuwait Stock Exchange rose during the trading session yesterday, Thursday, as the general market index rose by 0.16%, gaining 11.52 points, to close at the level of 7395.12 points, and the first market index jumped by 0.02%, winning 1.76 points, to close at the level of 8225.48 points, and the main market index increased By 0.65%, winning 36.44 points, to close at 5677.23 points, and the Major Index 50 rose by 0.68%, winning 40.04 points, to close at 5894.72 points.

The general index of the Dubai Financial Market rose by 1.53%, winning 47.07 points, to close at 3108.87 points, and the trading volume reached 103.9 million shares, achieving a value of 296.7 million dirhams through the implementation of 6485 transactions for 26 shares.

The general index of the Bahrain Stock Exchange rose 0.21%, gaining 3.87 points, to close at 1872.44 points, and the trading volume reached 707.1 thousand shares, with a value of 431.6 thousand Bahraini dinars.

While the FADAX 15 index on the Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange decreased by 0.36%, losing 33.10 points, to close at 9161.3 points, and the market capitalization closed at the level of 1.868 trillion dirhams, and the trading volume reached 142.4 million shares, with a value of 1.2 billion dirhams, through the implementation of 8306 transactions.
