The prices of Arab and foreign currencies rose remarkably against the Egyptian pound today, Monday 21-3-2022, during the morning trading in banks operating in Egypt, as the price of the US dollar rose, recording 17.40 pounds for purchase, and 17.50 pounds for sale, compared to its price yesterday, at 15.64 pounds. For purchase, and 15.74 pounds for sale, the Saudi riyal exchange rate also increased against the pound at 4.65 pounds for purchase, and 4.66 pounds for sale.
The Kuwaiti dinar exchange rate rose today against the Egyptian pound, 55.08 pounds for purchase, and 57.59 pounds for sale, compared to its price at the close of trading yesterday, which was recorded at 49.49 pounds for purchase, and 51.81 pounds for sale, and these prices are according to the latest updates of the National Bank of Egypt.
وقرر National Bank of Egypt Issuance of a savings certificate that enjoys a fixed rate of return for the duration of the certificate’s retention period. The annual certificate’s return rate is 18%, where the certificate period is one year and the return is paid monthly.
The period is calculated from the working day following the purchase, and the categories of the certificate start from 1,000 pounds and its multiples, and are issued to natural individuals or minors.
