Abu Aish indicated, during a discussion of the report of the Plan and Budget Committee of the House of Representatives regarding the Prime Minister’s decision to draft a bill to bypass delays and additional tax, and to renew Law No. 79 of 2016 regarding ending tax disputes, that dealing with the current crisis and the Corona crisis proved that the leadership The political and government had a balanced vision between maintaining economic activity and protecting society from the effects of successive crises, which is reflected in the suffering of some countries as a result of ill-considered decisions.

Abu Aish explained that the law in 2018 and 2020 was in different proportions, and that when setting laws, a balance must be struck between the bad impression that will happen to the obligated and disciplined financier who pays taxes on time, and the financier who wants to wait for decisions to bypass fines and delay benefits, which affects in a way It has a lot to do with tax returns, and it always shows up when such legislation is discussed.”
