The return of the photo night in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Canceled two years in a row due to the health crisis, the event returns for its 10e anniversary, this Saturday, in various emblematic places of the city, Temple-Allemand, Ancien Manège, Museums of watchmaking, history and fine arts, in particular.
The kick-off will be given on February 18 at 5 p.m. with a conference by Géraldine Lay at Club 44 on her career as a photographer and editor. The artist also exhibits a selection of his photos there.
From 7 p.m. until midnight, the various sites of the event will offer a loop of screenings of the photos of the artists participating in this 10e editing. They are regarding thirty, from Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Finland, Germany, Brazil or the United States.

Special feature this year, the Night of the photo offers at the CPNE site Progrès (formerly ESTER) a fashion show by the students of the School of Applied Arts, in connection with the photographic work of Namsa Leuba, first winner of the Andrée prize Moser. Passages on the catwalk at 8 p.m. and 9 p.m.
Since its inception, the Nuit de la photo has attracted three types of audience: those who are amazed, those who would like to do as well and those who recognize, at first glance, the artist’s touch:
