The Alexandria Court of Appeal approved the verdict issued once morest the artist Ahmed Saad, in the case of pleasure alimony for his ex-wife, Somaya al-Khashab, and obligated him to pay an amount of 270 thousand pounds, according to Egyptian media.
The artist Saad had appealed the ruling obligating him to pay 270 thousand pounds to his ex-wife.
The family court in Sidi Gaber, Alexandria, obligated the artist, Saad, to pay an amount of 270 thousand pounds, by 30 thousand pounds for a period of 3 months, in addition to 10 thousand pounds per month for a period of 24 months, bringing the total value of pleasure to 270 thousand pounds. The judgment also included the payment of the arrears value.
Imad Lotfi, the lawyer for the artist Al-Khashab, demanded that the defendant, the artist Saad, be obliged to pay the value of the backside documented in the marriage voucher, the value of which is regarding 500 thousand pounds, in addition to the expense of pleasure.
The artist, Al-Khashab, attended one of the swearing-in sessions, at the request of the court, to testify whether or not she received the value of the pleasure expense.
