The file size of Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth has been announced, and it will take up 5GB of storage space on the PS150. That’s pretty amazing, but considering the game will be split into two discs, we should have seen this coming. In an interview with Game Informer, director Naoki Hamaguchi confirmed that the first disc will take up 100GB of space, while the second disc will take up 50GB. You only need one disc to play, but both can install the game. The decision to include two discs means the developers won’t be limited in what they can put in Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth. It already looks like a huge game, with over 100 hours of content for players to explore. Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth launches on February 29, 2024.
