Final day in the indoor soccer Gold Cup

Asuncion, IP Agency.-The third round of the semi-final phase of the indoor football Gold Cup will be played tonight, a day of decisions after which the four finalists who will be on their way to the title must emerge.

The schedule will be split into two scenarios with two-match days, namely:

Group A, at the Fomento stadium in Barrio Obrero from 8:00 p.m., September 29 vs. Athens and José Meza vs. NSA Club.

Group B, at the José Meza stadium in Ñemby, with the same schedule, Fomento de Barrio Obrero vs. San Alfonso vs. Simon Bolivar Athletic Tacumbu.

The positions at the time of completion of date 2 are as follows:

Serie A: NSA Club 3, Athens and José Meza 2 and September 29 1.

Series B: San Alfonso and Athletic Tacumbu 3, Worker Neighborhood Development and Simon Bolivar

The top two teams in each series will advance to the final four after tonight’s round.

It is worth remembering that in the first round, for the A series, Atenas beat José Meza 3 to 0 while NSA and 29 de Setiembre tied 4 to 4. In the B key, San Alfonso beat Bolívar 1 to 0 and Tacumbú 3 to 2 to Fomento. In the second round, NSA beat Atenas 5 to 3 and José Meza beat 29 de Setiembre 5 to 0 in the A. In turn, in the B group the same result was given of 2 to 2 in the duels of Fomento vs. Bolívar and Tacumbú vs. San Alfonso.

Finalists in the C 20

Last night the finalists in the youth category (C 20) were announced. They are Villeta and Atlético Occidental in group A, Atenas and Simón Bolívar in group B.

These were the latest results: In Series A, Villeta FC 3 José Meza 1 and Atlético Occidental 4 – 29 de Septiembre 3 and in Series B, Atenas 6 Cerro Corá 3 and Simón Bolívar 3 San Antonio 2.
