The Cinema Mission of the City of Paris has planned four different periods from March 15 to November 2, during which authorizations will only be issued piecemeal, according to “vigilance” criteria on sensitive sites. and “expertise” of each file. Entire districts of the capital will therefore be prohibited or very inaccessible to filmmakers during the crucial period of the Games. No cameras on almost all of the banks of the Seine, nor on entire sections of the 7e8e et 16e arrondissements, notably the Trocadéro or the Champ-de-Mars, but also the Tuileries gardens, the Saint-Louis island and the La Villette park.
