Information and Broadcasting Minister of India Ashwini Vishnu shared the news on X (Twitter) about the awarding of ‘Dada Sahib Phalke Award’ to Mithan Chakraborty.

He further wrote in his tweet that ‘Mithan will be honored with this award at the 70th National Film Awards ceremony on October 8’.
