Reem Magdy, who supervises the meetings, told Al-Modon: This demonstration is to bring the emerging Arab cinema closer to the Moroccan audience, especially the youth, as well as linking and networking Arab filmmakers with each other to create opportunities for cooperation, exchange of experiences and training. This version returns following an absence caused by the Corona pandemic to find out regarding cinematic creativity in the Arab region during and following the pandemic.

In parallel with the film screenings, the Rising Film Encounters will organize a training workshop for young people interested in cinema and criticism, residing in Morocco, under the supervision of a number of respected specialists: Said El Mazouari from Morocco, and Monica Castillo and Scott Tafoia from the United States.
