In the context of the 81st Neuquén Rural Exhibition and 13th Patagonian Horse Exhibition taking place in Junín de los Andes, the governor, Rolando Figueroa, delivered 14 soft loans to companies, from the “More SMEs, More Future” program. ». Along with Figueroa, Vice Governor Gloria Ruiz was also present; the Minister of Economy, Production and Industry, Guillermo Koenig; the Secretary of Production and Industry, Juan Peláez; and the Undersecretary of Production, Marcelo Zúñiga.

Minister Koenig referred to the characteristics of these loans, explaining that “they are expected credits» and that its financing arises from the agreement that the province signed with the Inter-American Development Bank. He added that these are “soft loans, with a grace period, which are loans in pesos. “They are revolving funds that allow us, with the proceeds of these funds, to continue lending.”

The first delivery was made to earlier this weekto 39 companies in the Confluencia area, mostly dedicated to industrial activity, as reported in an official statement from the Neuquén government.

Now it was the turn of 14 other companies, from the interior, dedicated in this case to livestock and forage production, tourism, beekeeping, services and gastronomy. In total, 1,244,700 dollars were disbursed.

Also participating were the general manager of the PyME-ADENEU Center, Anabel Lucero Idizarri; the Secretary of Emergencies and Risk Management, Luciana Ortiz Luna; the mayors of Junín de los Andes, Luis Madueño and of San Martín de los Andes, Carlos Saloniti.


“More SMEs, More Future” Program: where applications should be submitted


The plan, reported by the government, is executed through the SME-ADENEU Center, IADEP, BPN and UPEFE. The tool It has funds of 40 million dollars contributed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), which will be disbursed to the province over 5 years.

The credits are payable in pesos, at the official exchange rate that will be determined at the time of project approval.

Those who want access must submit an application through the CentroPyME ADENEU single window, available on its website. There, companies will find the general conditions of the program and the available lines.

For this first stage, 64 investment projects were approved, for a total of $8,970,200.
