Governor Rolando Figueroa greeted the people of Neuquén on the occasion of Christmas and made a special request that fireworks not be used, along with his two pets.
“In these holidays I wish that every Neuquén and Neuquén in every corner of the province enjoy special moments with their family,” wrote the governor in his first Christmas greeting as provincial leader.
In a video filmed outdoors in a large garden, Figueroa transmitted a message of peace “but fundamentally a message of hope.” He predicted difficult and uncertain times to which he countered that he was convinced that the people of Neuquén, as they did on other occasions, will move forward.
He recommended that beyond this circumstance, Neuquéns should enjoy Christmas as a family, hugging with their loved ones. “I wish the people of Neuquén from the north, the south, the mountain range and the Confluencia to have a great time as a family,” she said.
Trascarton put his index finger in a reminder tone, squatted down, and two dogs appeared.
“Let’s not forget, the party belongs to everyone, zero pyrotechnics,” said Figueroa and ended the video with a photo where he is seen smiling and his two dogs on his side.
