Fifty for Harman and Pooja; Good score for India despite disappointing middle order

Good score for India in the last ODI once morest Sri Lanka. Batting first, India scored 255 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the allotted 50 overs. After Bhatia (30) got out, Harleen Deol (1), Deepti Sharma (4) and Richa Ghosh (2) returned quickly. With this, India collapsed to 124 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.

However, Harmanpreet Kaur led India forward by partnering Pooja Vastrakar in the seventh wicket. Both started the innings cautiously and later raised the score. Harman returned following a smashing partnership of 97 runs. Vastrakar, who was not out, crossed the Indian score of 250.
