FIFA 23 surpasses 10 million global users in the first week of launch

Electronic Arts (EA) soccer game FIFA 23 surpassed 10 million global users in the first week of its release, the American game media Video Game Chronicle reported on the 12th (local time).

FIFA 23, released on September 30, recorded 10.3 million global users within a week of its release. This is the best record in the series, including FIFA International Soccer, the origin of the 1993 FIFA series.

EA will maintain the FIFA series until this year, when the license agreement with FIFA ends, and will change the name of its soccer game franchise to ‘EA Sports FC’ from next year.
