At the beginning of October AVTOVAZ resumed production of off-road vehicles Lada Niva Legend and Lada Niva Travel in complete sets with air conditioning. This option returned following a break due to a lack of components, although the air conditioning on the Lada Granta started to put once more back in July. Now Niva with air conditioning has reached dealers, and AVTOVAZ has published prices, at the same time reviewing the price lists for both four-wheel drive cars. At the same time, it is important to remember that the Niva is still devoid of ABS and airbags, so Travel is now equipped with a four-spoke steering wheel from Priora.
In the case of the classic Niva Legend, air conditioning relies only on cars in the Luxe configuration, which also has heated front seats, electric and heated exterior mirrors, rear head restraints, a 12-volt outlet in the trunk and 16-inch alloy wheels. The recommended price of such a three-door – 860 thousand rubles, that is, the surcharge, compared with the basic version of the Classic, is 51 thousand rubles. Complete sets Black and Urban are excluded from the price list, although until today they have been preserved with the mark “the car is not produced”.
The Lada Niva Travel SUVs are equipped with air conditioning in the Comfort and Comfort Off-road trim levels, as well as in the Black version, which returned to gamma just a month ago. Other perks of the Comfort version over the Classic Plus are heated front seats, a front center armrest and rear headrests. Surcharge for the entire set – 63 thousand rubles. Such a Niva is worth 1 million 100 thousand rubles. For comparison: the “air-conditioned” Travel of previous releases (still with ABS and an airbag) was recommended by the plant to be sold for at least 1 million 124 thousand rubles.
The $1,127,000 Black version features 16-inch black wheels, black headlining, original seat upholstery, a passenger sun visor mirror, and tinted rear windows. Well, the Comfort Off-Road option for 1 million 138 thousand rubles has a snorkel and fog lights, although there is no tinting. Thus, only the most expensive Luxe and Luxe Off-road configurations have not yet returned to the conveyor, and now they are also excluded from the price list, although they remained in it until today.
