Fidan – Blinken phone call: The Turkish Foreign Minister requested a ceasefire

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and his American counterpart, Anthony Blinken, had a telephone conversation.

According to Turkish diplomatic sources, the two ministers discussed the current situation in the Middle East after his attack Iran against him Israel. The Turkish minister conveyed to Anthony Blinken his concern about the possible escalation and spread of the crisis in the region.

Fidan called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza

Finally, addressing the American minister, he asked the countries that have influence on Israel to send the right messages in order not to escalate the tension.
